Jasmin Sharp
(she | he | they)
Nice to meet you! I’m Jasmin. I’m a queer, genderfluid freelance marketing consultant with over a decade of experience across a variety of industries. I’ve held several senior-level positions in my career, including as a C-level executive, and I’m thrilled to be bringing my perspecitve and expertise to DSI. I started freelancing after half a decade in the corporate world because I spent far too long being the youngest and only queer woman in rooms run by old white men, so I shifted to full-time freelancing to bring my expertise to small businesses, socially responsible organizations, and queer & women owned businesses to help them achieve their goals.
The above image shows a white, femme presenting person sitting at a desk in front of a laptop with a grey background behind them. The person has short, spiky blond hair and is wearing a blue sweater with a white collar and cuffs peeking out from underneath the sweater, and a large necklace with rhinestones. The person is wearing glasses and a bluetooth headset on one ear.
Jasmin is a marketing consultant focused on helping small businesses. Want to work with him? Check out her website or schedule a meeting with them.
RC
(he | they)
Hi, I’m RC. I’m a Black, trans masculine, queer Technical Program Manager at Trans Lifeline, where I’m dedicated to supporting and empowering the trans community through innovative technical solutions. Before I transitioned into software engineering, I spent time as a DJ, bringing people together through music. As a self-taught software engineer, I now bring that same creativity and energy to my work, developing programs that amplify our mission and ensure we reach those who need us most.
In addition to my role at Trans Lifeline, I proudly serve on the board for the LEDC, advocating for economic development and equity in our community. I’m also an active member of LOL, a local leftist mutual aid group, where I collaborate with others to support grassroots efforts for social justice and mutual care.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about gardening, weightlifting, and spending time with my dog and cats. When I’m not in the garden or at the gym, you can find me hiking with my family and enjoying quality time with my son.
